The same standards across our value chain

We expect distributors, suppliers, and contract partners to share these principles — including ethical sales practices, product traceability, proper storage, and compliance with drug sale and import laws.

  • Supplier qualification and periodic audits
  • Distributor agreements that include compliance obligations
  • Zero tolerance for diversion and counterfeiting

Anyone who suspects a breach of this Code can raise it confidentially. We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
