Air Pharmaceuticals is hiring a National Sales Manager to lead its nationwide sales operations. Responsibilities: develop and execute the national sales strategy, set and achieve national and regional targets, lead and develop RSMs and the field force, manage distributors and key accounts, coordinate with marketing on launches and promotional plans, and drive forecasting, budgeting and MIS reporting. Requirements: Pharm-D/B.Pharm/B.Sc, MBA (Marketing) preferred, 15+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a minimum of 3 years as National Sales Manager (same capacity), proven target achievement, strong leadership and planning skills, and willingness to travel across Pakistan.
